Return and Exchange Policy

At The Fight Store, we strive to provide the best quality combat sports equipment to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our Return and Exchange Policy outlined below.

1) Return and Exchange Period

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and any accessories included.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  1. Be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  2. Include all original packaging, tags, and any accessories.
  3. Have a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet these requirements.

3) Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

  1. Custom or personalized products.
  2. Sale or clearance items.
  3. Gift cards.
  4. Items damaged or modified by the customer.

4) Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@thefightstore.cy with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
  4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or we made an error in processing your order.

5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6) Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like to exchange the item. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you.

7) Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide you with instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.
